1. Acceptance

By creating an account, submitting a run, or using this platform, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate account and profile information.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• You must not impersonate others or create misleading profiles.

3. Event Window and Submission Rules

• Only runs dated February 18-22, 2026 are eligible for event leaderboard totals.
• Submitted data must be truthful and supported by valid tracking evidence.
• Duplicate, manipulated, or fraudulent submissions may be rejected or removed.

4. Verification and Moderation

The organizing team may review, verify, edit, hold, or reject any submission to protect fair participation and data quality. Moderation decisions are final for leaderboard integrity.

5. Community Conduct

• No abusive, hateful, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• No attempts to exploit bugs, automate abuse, or disrupt service operations.
• No misuse of referral or ranking systems.

6. Content and License

You retain rights to content you submit (such as run notes or screenshots), but grant us a limited license to use, display, and process it for event operations, moderation, and event communications.

7. Service Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We are not liable for temporary interruptions, technical failures, or third-party platform outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

Participation is voluntary. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the organizers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to use of the platform or participation in the event.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
